I suspect it wouldn't be too hard for them to copy flash drives. However, you could get physically-small memory chips (like mini-SD cards) and a reader, the mini-SD card could fit anywhere. (It's probably the size of a thumbprint, and not much thicker than a normal credit card.)

And since prices for those are dropping, it wouldn't be too hard to just buy a few of those to store the most important things.

Pain in the ass though.
