You know, I have still yet to see Rent. Be it the movie or musical. XP Probably won't have time to rectify that.

Wasn't it already made into a (heavily musical) movie, a while back? I seem to remember watching it at a Girl Scout overnight...

I know there was a movie made already (with a Basil Poledouris score! w00tingness!), but it wasn't heavily musical. It had Liam Neeson as Valjean, or something like that. Based on the book, rather than the musical.
