Query: Overnight ski trip for $100

But going would mean getting to spend extra time with friends who will be graduating.
Although I'm not really that close to some of them. And last time we went skiing, I spent decent portions cheerfully going down the slopes alone.
But TIA (one of the taiwanese student associations) is going with us. And some of the people I met while helping with the ticket sales have been cool.
Still damned expensive though.
Parents would probably be willing to cover the cost, as they are usually encouraging of anything that gets me out socializing.
Don't want to rely on them though. And I would feel bad asking for money to cover something fun.
I should take this chance to try snowboarding. Besides, I haven't gone skiing this season.

A random check of facebook shows two other events that had been planned for Devil's Head (which is where we'll be going), and prices were all around $100 as well. So I guess, including hotel costs ($50 per night?) and general ski trip price ($50), it's not too bad.
...Ok, I was going to leave a poll, but I don't think I'm going to bother. Although I'll still welcome input. But I think I'll ask the other officers of the club if they'll be going.
