It's always weird to be reminded how vast America is. I remember when my nan was alive and we used to go visit her, we live in East Midlands area of Britain and she lived up north and it'd take 3 hours to get there and that was considered a LONG TREK.
I mean, you're talking about doing a driving journey longer than the plane it took to get me to Barbados. It's so weird to think about!
