Pretty intriquing... there is no such thing as a free lunch... there has gotta be some catch. If we can't find it then it might be something like bad quality components.
points of note from the specs: its only 4x AGP (not 8x) its only 400, 533mhz FSB (not quite the best, 800mhz, but not horrible) it might not be bad, but the ram freq is only ddr200/ddr266 (don't know that specification's importance) its a microATX case :S
other than that it looks really interesting. if it was instant rebate, I'd get it without a look back, but getting money out of rebate companies has been hit or miss for me.
A moot point, it would seem - checking the link just now said it was no longer available. (Though the list of suggested alternatives wasn't exactly of second mortgage magnitude)
