On cell phone bills in general, remember that here are a bunch of little fees and taxes that aren't quoted in the rate. I remember being pissed when I got my first phone back freshman year in college because I found out that a 29.99 service plan ended up being 39.99 after all the adjustments. I think it rounds out to 10$ in extra costs per month (and that's if you don't spend anything beyond your plan) so that 60 should probably really be thought of as 70 etc.
