Yes, I know it's illegal to be on the sidewalk. But no, there was no reason to stand in front of me and proceed to rant about how you hope I should get a ticket. Seriously, I'm on the road 90% of the time, and the 10% when I'm on the sidewalk, I keep my speeds down to how fast someone could run, and if I see a pedestrian, I slow down to jogging speed.
