So there you have it. If you bought the iPhone for $600, now you get $100 Apple store credit for use IRL or on the online Apple store. I'm thinking it could go towards Leopard.
The iPhone is tempting now though. At $400 for essentially a PDA/phone, unlockable, with bluetooth and camera and built in wireless... very, very tempting. 8GB of space should be sufficient. And there haven't been major reports of hardware issues, other than the activation issue the first few days.
