Jan. 13th, 2010 08:59 pmEnoki mushrooms + Canned quail eggs + green leafy vegetables (kinda like lettuce, I guess, but more elongated...) + chinese bbq sauce ("sand tea sauce", if you were to translate directly).
And for the rice replacement, some sort of rice noodle roll stuff. Kinda like the Shrimp Rice Noodle Rolls here: http://www.foodnut.com/320/city-view-restaurant-restaurant-review-san-francisco-94111/, but without large shrimp.
