If you read more detail, you would find that his basic premise is that flouridation is a communist plo... er, wait, that was a fictional nutcase. The real life nutcase thinks that there's a government conspiracy to coverup the health risks of flouridation. Or something along those lines. I cracked up quite a bit while reading that thing and couldn't help but think of lines from Dr. Strangelove.
