Sup, IBNeko I came accross your xanga on the Montgomery County metros section. I'm actually on my brothers account, My name is Jessica I am a 18 year old female and my brother is a web developer and I just thought you might be intrested in his website. Because your 21 you fit in the targeted agerange for the site, so if you have nothing better to do at the moment check it out. I have provided a special invitation link at the bottom of this message.

The site is called Beast Toast. It has about 8,000 members already, so if you have a question about something, or just want to share your thoughts feel free to hit the site up.

Site:
http://www.Beast[-whoops, I broke the URL. Don't use this, google-]Toast.com/xanga.php?ID=IBNekoSPAMFAILS

My reply:
1. If you're targeting people in their early 20's, you'll want better grammar (both here, and on your forum) and more intellectual content. To me, it looks like just another stupid forum filled with high schoolers. In short, I see no reason to waste my time there.
2. I find it hilarious that you say you're Jessica, yet you're signing the message as Chad. Do you have a multiple-personalities problem?
3. You spam. Doing a quick google search revealed other similar messages with "8,000 members" when site stats actually reveal 18,000, I believe. So you fail there too.

Dear Citibank,
Congrats on making fools bloom this May. I'm not too sure how you managed to accomplish that, but I really wish you wouldn't. We don't need more fools...

Love,
Ben

Dear Spanish-speaking, drunk person at 240-423-6740,

Stop calling my phone. You were stupid enough not to block your number the first time you called and speak when you called. And you spoke again afterwards, when you called under an anonymous number.

Much hate,
Ben

Audio recording:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gp0HyxQv97Q (I was hitting my head against the desk at about 3 minutes into the clip.)

Essentially, this guy was told that he would be charged: ".002 cents per kilobyte."

But when he got the bill, it was $71 dollars. He was charged at the rate "$.002/KB". That is, .002 dollars per kilobyte.

I am astonished that all the people he was calling couldn't understand the difference. Kinda scary, actually.

Here's something rather nasty; Some guy (Dr Lance D Chambers JP a.k.a. lance1949) on eBay is selling someone else's work. And not only that, he refuses to take it down after contacted. Although he does have the balls to go to the post and comment.

Original post.
http://www.ilovejackdaniels.com/blog/scum-sells-cheat-sheets/

The cheat sheets:
http://www.ilovejackdaniels.com/cheat-sheets/

It's been shoved onto digg, although with little impact:
http://digg.com/tech_news/Scumbag_Tries_to_sell_ILoveJackDaniels.com_CheatSheets_on_Ebay

Here's the guy's eBay store, search trimmed for "sheet"
http://search.stores.ebay.com.au/Chambers-De-Ville-IT_sheet_W0QQfciZQ2d1QQfclZ3QQfsnZChambersQ20DeQ2dVilleQ20ITQQfsooZ1QQfsopZ1QQfsubZ895629QQftsZ2QQsaselZ84569144QQsofpZ0

And it's not just the stuff from ilovejackdaniels. He's also stealing from some guy named Laurent Grégoire:
http://tnerual.eriogerg.free.fr/umlqrc.pdf
Notice how in eBay, the image doesn't include the Copyright notice....

And also this Oracle Server Architecture cheat sheet:
http://www.larsditzel.de/ora_arch.pdf
Again, with the copyright stripped.

Both of the above are listed here: http://www.digilife.be/quickreferences/quickrefs.htm

Shame, I say, SHAME ON THEE, lance1949!

[append] here's a pretty spiffy blog entry by the guy who runs ilovejackdanels.com (Dave Child).
http://www.ilovejackdaniels.com/seo/ten-ways-to-improve-your-website-conversion-rate/

10 ways to improve your website sale, essentially. Which actually applies to the stuff I'm building, but in a different way, as we're not selling products or services... yet.

I think he's just trying to get money. Jeeze. Really, it's up to you to keep your volume adjusted properly. If you know the dangers, don't risk blowing your own ear drums. I mean, look at books! They can give you papercuts! OMFG~ We should sue and demand that publishers make sure that all edges are blunt enough. Oh, no, better yet, all edges should be lined with small warning strips that state that, edges might be sharp and may cause harm to the enduser.

You know. He needs to be shot by those idiots shooting at the helicopters. Or better yet, someone with a helicopter should pick him up and dump him on the superdome. Or maybe into the water, with the sharks and crocodiles.
