I pushed the stop button, then pulled the door open before I realized that the light was still on inside, and it hadn't exactly turned off.

Wait, what? That doesn't really make sense. How...? Oh, radiation? Well, then your arm should develop some keloids sometime later.... they're nasty. Not very nice...
