As we mentioned in the last news post, the Permanent Account Sale starts on December 4. For this go-round, the sale applies to personal journals only. For just $175, you can have LJ for life. What's included in $175? All the features of a Paid Account, plus:

The most storage available on LiveJournal (now a whopping 15GB)
The most userpics available on LJ (boosted to 150, and that's not even counting Loyalty Userpics, which can add up to another 44 to your 150)

They really didn't think too much about the timing, did they? Right before Christmas? =:P It's so tempting, but I think I'll wind up putting that money towards presents, a new 1TB drive, and shinywear. ^_^

Well, on the flip side, some people might decide to give away a permanent account as a christmas present (I don't think I'd do so, and I already have one... so...). Granted, it's a bit of an expensive one... but... ::shrugs::

*frowns* What's the current max user pics, minus loyalty? 100?

Cos' I've definitely got slots for 145 currently (been a permanent user since... god, I can't even remember, was like the first or second sale, they were at $100)... so if 44 is the max loyalty pics, that'd make it 101. Maybe it's 125 with 20 max loyalty?

Ah well, doesn't really matter, lol :x
