Well, the paper thing says: "5:00 p.m. Formal Ceremony 6:00 p.m. Reception 7:00 p.m. Informal Ceremony" so, yes, we start formal, then we strip and get informal? XD
Plus, it's held in the cafeteria. That, I think, would mean it's not too formal... Hopefully? Honestly, I don't plan on wearing/want to wear more formal than a nice(-r) t-shirt and a comfortable pair of shorts......
