Although the performance at Northwestern went well overall, I messed up on all but one trick XP and um, didn't get that many pictures. Here's pictures taken by our coach/teacher/whatever. http://eceflyboy3.tripod.com/

Oh, and I saw Anika and Catherine~! Talked a lot with Anika,twas good. Need to e-mail her WoW at some point so we can get started again. Hopefully.

dude!! You do diabolo!!! kickass, when I lived in france I had some of those... for awhile it was the school fad, in between marbles and pogs.

I can still throw them around a bit, but I never learned more complex routines other than individual tricks, not involving more than one diabolo.

nonetheless, I ran across one two summers back, and I wasn't too bad with it... :)

It's fun to string tricks together to make something spiffy~ Need better quality string though~ the stuff I use right now breaks easily, and the stuff I have at home doesn't really have enough friction to do much. Plus, it's bright pink. :D

I can't buy diabolo's here, or at least I can't find them anywhere for cheap... you wanna link me to a website where I could order them :P it would be fun to have a good set again... especially at the dorm... would amaze people to even see the pitiful skills I have left of just throwing the darned thing up 3 floors and then catching it again...

Mmmm, I dunno. The ones we use (plastic, with holes on the wheels so it whistles) are from Taiwan- our "teacher" picks up a few when he goes back there, and he sells them to us for $10 a set, I believe. Or was it $15?
