ibneko...the one that uses BitTorrent?
It sucks. Like, it should be faster. But it isn't. 'course, it would help if I wasn't firewalled, but... Meh.
At least it's going between 10-40 KB/s. I still don't like the fact that they don't have an alternate download option though. 'cause that sucks.

If legal ports worked, I would have done that a long time ago. Plus, because Blizzard sucks, you can't change the ports that they communicate on. You can't limit your upload/download speed.
