You could try smiling a lot, maybe? Eye contact helps, I think. And answering questions promptly (which means thinking really fast, so it's not always a great thing). And... meh, I don't know. When I had a job interview it was for camp and I wore the camp sweatshirt. You don't get more enthusiastic (or ass-kissing) than that...
Speak loudly and clearly and make eye contact, plus keep your back straight and try to look...open, I guess, although that's not really the word I'm looking for. Also, yeah, smiles (almost) never hurt.
Also, the words "I guess," "I think," and any other phrases like that are probably better off not said. Sound definite and sure of yourself, and you'll seem more enthusiastic.
