Personally, I'm still quite happy with MacSOUP, primarily because (a) it doesn't shoehorn everything into one window with multiple panes, and (b) it's got an especially good graphical threading display. It's also fairly nimble, even on an old system like Bunny. Only real downside is there's no simple support for multiple servers, such as gathering text groups from one, binaries from another, and maybe private groups from a third - I think MacSOUP would need each server to have its own settings file, so you'd be able to work with one of those three at a time. (Actually, I don't think I've tried.. might be able to have multiple groups lists open at the same time)
'Course, there are plenty of others - some swear by Hogwasher, f'rex, or Unison, though a MacUpdate search will prolly turn up quite a few more.
Hmm... that should be fine - I only have one server to wander to, anyways... took a look around my apps, and discovered that I installed Unison last year. However, it is shareware, so XP stupid naggy messages.
