Interestingly enough, President failure links to Jimmy Carter first, although Presidential failure does work correctly.

I believe the first form of this bomb was "miserable failure", taken by a speech given by Dick Gephardt during the democratic primaries two years ago. It's a pretty classic and presistant bomb, but not as good as the classic "weapons of mass destruction" 404 google bomb (which appears to have been eliminated...)
