An interesting image idea, but I'm pretty sure it's photoshop'd. Every single picture uses the same truck. The texture of the image for the truck doesn't match the texture of the images within. I would hazard they cut out the sides of the truck, and shoved images underneath.

On the very last picture, the blur in the background is inconsistent, and it still matches the above images.

J00 are correct, they are digital mockups. I think they are submissions to the rhino rolling advertising design competition, hier. If you hit "Rhino Night" at the bottom of the navbar, you can see which ones actually won and got produced.
