I made meatballs today. =^^=v

They were... ok, I guess. Not really salty enough, but decent with sauce...

But yes, meatballs~ from raw meat-stuffs. Mmm, so I think I threw in some garlic, some assorted herb-things, pepper, (not enough) salt, one slice of bread (ripped up into little bits - not small enough), and uh, minced meat. Nearly 1 lb, I think.

Browned the outsides in a pan, then cooked them in sauce until they were completely cooked inside. And now they're being saved for tomorrow's lunch. And probably also dinner. Here's to hoping they still taste good tomorrow, after being microwaved or something.

Wow...you're a college student...but you cook...like, actual food.... I'm in awe right now, speaking both as someone who hasn't cooked real food since she's been at home and as someone who works food service.

Bread crumbs > bread for meatball/loaf-making. Can make your own by toasting/drying out bread and putting it in a bag with some spice-stuffs if desired, then hammering the heck out of it. Not with your hands though. That hurts. ^_^

Also putting soy sauce in makes juicier meatballs, if I remember right, and adds neat taste. But be careful not to add too much. And yeah. I dun cook much but I've watched mommeh for years. Go you for being heroic and trying :D
