So, I'd like to know: Are you happy? Do you consider yourself happy, or do people generally think that you're happier than you actually are?

Date: 2008-05-30 06:02 pm (UTC)It's like this--if I had just recently become anxious, then it would probably deteriorate my quality of life. But I've ALWAYS been anxious. My mother used to say that she didn't realize toddlers could be stressed out until she had me. Is it a disorder? Probably. But it's like blindness or deafness...I can't miss being relaxed because I've never been truly relaxed.

Date: 2008-05-30 09:40 pm (UTC)In actuality? I am mainly happy. Always striving to do whatever I can to become more so. Who isn't? Life is about finding happiness for oneself, and keeping it.
