The hundreds of trained monkeys that run the Directory appear to have stepped out for a few moments. We're trying to round them up so that the Directory starts working again.

And I made a cake yesterday. Teehee. Ok, so it was one of those box things, and the icing (too damn sweet, btw) was also premade, so all I had to do was mix, dump (in pan), and bake.

But I made a cake! (well, no, two cakes, since I used two containers...)

And now I'm eating it for breakfast. O.o

Got my roommate assignment... someone who lives in AZ. No e-mail, alas, so I'll _have_ to use the phone. ::groans:: 'cause it isn't on thefacebook, and the only trace of him online is an online newspaper... he's listed with "NHS • football • Eagle Scout • AP calculus • plans to attend college" and went to "palo verde high magnet school".

Should umm.. sit down and figure out what I'll say when I call... unless he calls first.

::crosses his fingers and prays that his roommate will try to search for him using the internet first, and contact him online, so he won't have to use the phone and sound strange and awkward::
