Yay, a
marbenais dropped in today~
Jun. 8th, 2006 01:02 amIt was good to see
marbenais again. Sorry I didn't say much (again).. (what was with that, "see, I can be obnoxious too" comment.. O.o)
Mmm. Not much else happened of note. Mom had a party for piano teachers ('twas interesting. I sat in for a bit of the chit-chat, since lunch was served, and I wanted food... notable points included:
Asian men don't cook. ^^;;;
....and...other things that I don't remember any more.. o.O odd, I had a list of them.)
Oh, and the basement's been cleaned out. XD Mom's getting a replacement piano for the red upright, and moving the other mini-grand piano over to the other side of the basement.
I want to cook, really, I do. It just takes much lower priority to learning assorted things online. 'cause I see cooking as a possibly art, which means it might be nice and fun to play with, but mrawf. Whatever.
Shower and bed. I need to shift my sleeping schedule earlier, so I'm actually able to wake up at 6 AM on saturday. Urgh, need to either dump songs onto my dad's iPod, or buy myself a new iPod, or find a cheap MP3 player until some new iPod model comes out. Apple's gonna release one soon, methinks, as there's rebates out for educational purchases: $170 back on a MacBook/Pro + iPod nano purchase, leaving the nano free after rebates. >.> although the new model probably won't be out until september, when kids start going back to school. Better sales then.
